Environmental Data Collection. The Engineer shall collect, assemble and review relevant, best available data from existing sources, including federal, state, regional and local governmental entities, and private companies to support the development of the project PEL Study. Data collected shall include, but may not be limited to: • Land Use - existing use plans and zoning data • Land Cover - local coverage of existing and/or future land cover DocuSign Envelope ID: 785B3B2A-F4AF-4760-B8CE-70103168FF83 • Demographics - census and local population • Neighborhoods and Community Resources • Administrative, schools, places of worship, and cemeteries • Visual and Aesthetic Qualities • Existing Transportation Facilities o Railroads –railroads, including grade crossings information o Future railroad lines proposed o Abandoned railroad lines o lntermodal facilities • Roadways - on system roads, plus local roadway layers available from counties and cities • Water Quality • Water Features - National Hydrography Dataset or larger scale • Air Quality • Noise - standards/thresholds • Hazardous Waste - contamination and hazardous material sites • Threatened and Endangered Species - site occurrence data from Texas Parks and Wildlife or US Fish & Wildlife Service and data on wildlife habitat/migration sites patterns • Natural Areas and Ecosystems • Parklands/Conservation Areas - local, state, and federal parks, wildlife management areas, and wilderness areas • Wetlands/Waters of the U.S./Hydric Soils - National Wetland Inventory (NWI) data and other wetlands data collected at the state, county, or municipal level • Wetland Reserve Program areas • Floodplains - FEMA flood prone areas (Q3 data), and any local data on flood prone areas • Historic and Cultural Resources - archeological sites/districts, historic sites/districts, and properties listed on the National Registry of Historic Places • Utilities/Transmission - major existing and proposed electric, water and petro- chemical lines • Power Stations - existing and proposed power stations (e.g. hydro, coal) • Digital Elevation Model - USGS, local topographic data including contour lines, Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) (if available) • Existing Topographic Maps - Digital • Existing Mine and Quarry Locations • Soils - NRCS Soil Survey Geographic (SSURGO) database • Prime Farmland • Geology- Geologic Atlas of Texas • Best Available Aerial Photography – at minimum, USGS Orthophoto Quarter Quadrangle imagery, or best available imagery from state or local...

Environmental Data Collection. This Activity will support Government institutions involved in environmental protection and health, such as the Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency (“KEPA”), the Kosovo Hydrometeorological Institute (“KHMI”), and the Kosovo Institute of Public Health (“KIPH”), to effectively monitor and report on select environmental indicators to a variety of stakeholders, including the public. The Activity will also strengthen the ability of civil society to interpret the data in order to engage more productively with the Government on environmental and health issues. There may be other factors that drive KEPA and KHMI’s ability to report data and use data for decision making, including incentives (both within the organization and in the environment in which KEPA operates), organizational structures, organizational processes, and staff knowledge. This Activity will discern the root causes of performance gaps as well as the assets and strengths that target organizations can leverage to improve performance. It will analyze factors that prevent data from being shared and used for decision-making. The Activity will address these constraints by working at the institutional level to deal with organizational processes and structures that create openings for data-driven decision making. Proposed interventions include: • Supporting a needs assessment of the factors that drive KEPA’s ability to report and use data for decision-making, as well as current monitoring, data collection, reporting capacity for air, land and water, gaps in target indicators, and assessment of where other institutions are collecting environmental data; • Providing support to ensure all equipment that monitors air quality is well placed, functional and communicating data automatically on the indicators of air quality that are currently measured, and ensuring that KEPA is able to keep those assets properly maintained and calibrated; • Improving KEPA’s environmental data management platform and reporting ability, ensuring data is shared regularly and publically in a machine-readable format; • Supporting a needs assessment of KIPH’s data analysis and communication capacity; • Improving communication and coordination between KIPH, KEPA, and KHMI regarding the frequency, location, elements and parameters of data needs; and • Improving KIPH’s capacity to use environmental data to identify risks, prevent disease and the health consequences of environmental hazards.   • Data Collection The grant recipient will be required to provide performance data reports on a schedule delineated within Section A of this contract, Specific Terms and Conditions.

  • Data Collection, Processing and Usage Personal data collected, processed and used by the Company in connection with Awards granted under the Plan includes the Grantee’s name, home address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Awards granted, cancelled, exercised, vested, or outstanding. In granting Awards under the Plan, the Company will collect the Grantee’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock in settlement of the Awards and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company collects, processes and uses the Grantee’s personal data in compliance with Company’s Employment Data Protection Standards and the Uses of Employment Data for the Company’s Entities. The Grantee may exercise rights to access, correction, or restriction or deletion where applicable, by contacting the Grantee’s local HR manager or initiating a request through ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.gehealthcare.com.

  • Data Collection and Usage The Company and the Service Recipient collect, process and use certain personal information about Participant, including, but not limited to, Participant’s name, home address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any shares or directorships held in the Company, details of all awards granted under the Plan or any other entitlement to shares awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in Participant’s favor (“Data”), for purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan.   • Information Collection Information collection activities performed under this award are the responsibility of the awardee, and NSF support of the project does not constitute NSF approval of the survey design, questionnaire content or information collection procedures. The awardee shall not represent to respondents that such information is being collected for or in association with the National Science Foundation or any other Government agency without the specific written approval of such information collection plan or device by the Foundation. This requirement, however, is not intended to preclude mention of NSF support of the project in response to an inquiry or acknowledgment of such support in any publication of this information.

  • Payment and Collection Your bill will be based on monthly meter readings provided to XOOM Energy by your NGDC. If there is an error in your meter reading, XOOM Energy will adjust its bill to you upon your NGDC providing a corrected meter reading to XOOM Energy. You represent that you are financially able and willing to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have not filed, are not in the process of filing or plan to begin any bankruptcy proceedings. Your first bill payment will be due to the NGDC on the date specified in the NGDC bill. If you do not pay it on time, you could be subject to interest and late charges imposed by the NGDC, and your service could be disconnected. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM Energy. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM Energy.
