Equal Pay for Equal Work. The Agency and the Union agree to the principle of equal pay for equal work as set forth in 5 U.S.C. § 2301(a)(3). The Agency shall cooperate fully in processing alleged violations of this law under any applicable procedures which may be provided by law or regulation.
