Ethical Business Principles. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that our Buyer requires Supplier maintain a high standard of ethical conduct in all its dealings with the Buyer. It is necessary to understand the importance of ethical behavior in your business operations and conduct all business affairs according to the highest standards of business ethics and integrity.

  • Ethical Business Practices The Contractor shall work in partnership with the State to ensure a successful and valuable contract, and ethical practices are required of State employees, Contractors, and all parties representing the Contractor.
