Evaluation and Coordination of Transmission and Generation Outages. The Parties analyze planned critical facility maintenance to determine its effects on the reliability of the Transmission System. The Parties will work together to resolve Outage conflicts and work with the facility owner(s), as necessary, to provide remedial steps.
