EVALUATION STRUCTURE AND PROCEDURES. A. SCHEDULE OF EVALUATION 1. No teacher shall be subject to more than one (1) Evaluation Cycle per school year. 2. The evaluation cycle shall be completed no later than May 1 and the teacher shall receive the final written report of the cycle, including the assigned evaluation rating, not later than May 10. B.
