The Evening Differential clause establishes additional compensation for employees who work during evening hours, typically outside of standard daytime shifts. Evening Differential. An employee who works a scheduled tour, any part of which falls between 6:00 p.m. (18:00) and midnight (24:00), will be paid an additional hourly differential of ten percent (10%) of their Basic Wage Rate for each hour or part hour worked in that time period.
