Event Plan. The Renter/User is required to furnish in writing at the time of the reservation, any information pertinent to the event to the Center to determine space arrangements, special services, and equipment necessary to the staging and proper management of the event.
Event Plan. Annually, no later than September 15 each year, User shall submit an updated Event map and plan (the “Event Plan”) to the Parks Division detailing where its displays and equipment will be located on the Premises and when it will be using and vacating the Premises. If significant changes are expected, User shall notify Parks Division by August 15. The Parks Division reserves the right to reject any placement or park use, and may require any item placed in the Park to be relocated if necessary for park operations or other public purposes. Following receipt of the Event plan, the Parks Division shall approve the Event Plan, either as is or as amended. User agrees to update the Event Plan, if necessary, within five (5) days of any change.

Event Plan. The renter is required to clearly communicate any information pertinent to a proposed event to MARC staff ONE-MONTH PRIOR to determine space arrangements, special services, and equipment necessary to the staging and proper management of the event. MARC staff will accommodate requests to the best of their abilities, but can make no guarantees. The MARC is an Arts center and therefore displays various art around the building. All art displays are to remain in their place, uncovered, and unharmed. Banners on the front of the building are permitted, with permission, and must be hung to the left or right of the building sign above front doors. Renters must receive MARC staff permission to decorate or otherwise transform the space.

  • Payment Plan Despite the payment terms in Annexure B, We may, but are not obliged to, enter into a specific payment plan with You if You can demonstrate a financial need. However, any payment plans: (a) will require all Accommodation Fee payments to be made in advance; and (b) must be agreed by Us and You prior to the Commencement Date.

  • Corrective Action Plan Within fifteen (15) Business Days following the establishment of the Joint Remediation Committee, the Purchasers, in consultation with the Sellers, shall prepare and submit to the Joint Remediation Committee an initial draft of the Corrective Action Plan. The parties shall work in good faith through the Joint Remediation Committee to finalize the Corrective Action Plan within fifteen (15) Business Days of the Purchasers’ submission of the initial draft of the Correct Action Plan. At the end of such period, if the Sellers reasonably determine that the Corrective Action Plan proposed by the Purchasers (as may be modified over the course of such period) would not reasonably be expected to satisfactorily address the Major Default, then the Sellers may escalate the issue to the Head of Commercial Capital (or equivalent leader of any successor business unit) of the Seller Group and the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Assets Purchaser (the “Senior Executives”) and the Senior Executives shall work collaboratively (including with the Joint Remediation Committee) to develop a mutually agreeable Corrective Action Plan within fifteen (15) Business Days.
