(iii) The Contracting Party and, in addition, agrees to file a notice with Exchange in respect of any material adverse change in the financial condition of the Contracting Party or the Credit Support Provider, or of any material change to any of the information provided to Exchange in the Application or pursuant to any inquiry by Exchange.;
(iv) The Contracting Party and agrees to Exchange making such further investigations, inquiries or credit checks as Exchange may deem reasonably necessary and agrees to provide such documentation or information as is requested by Exchange in the conduct of such investigation or inquiry.

2. In no case shall the provisions of paragraph 1 be construed so as to impose on a Contracting State the obligation:
(a) to carry out administrative measures at variance with the laws or the administrative practice of that or of the other State;
(b) to supply particulars which are not obtainable under the laws or in the normal course of the administration of that or of the other State;
(c) to supply information which would disclose any trade, business, industrial, commercial or professional secret, trade process or information the disclosure of which would be contrary to public policy.

d. i Further Information - The Contracting Party agrees to provide such further documentation or information as is required from time to time by Exchange, including but not limited to supporting documentation or information relating to tax matters. …

During the Pre-Closing Period, each of the Parties shall promptly supply the other Parties with any information that may be required to effectuate any filings or application pursuant to Sections 6.9 or 6.11. Except where prohibited by Applicable Laws, each of the Parties shall consult with the other Parties prior to taking a position with respect to any such filing, shall permit the other to review and discuss in advance, and consider in good faith the views of the other in connection with any analyses, appearances, presentations, memoranda, briefs, white papers, arguments, opinions and proposals before making or submitting any of the foregoing to any Governmental Entity by or on behalf of any Party in connection with any investigations or proceedings in connection with this Agreement or the Transactions (including under any antitrust or fair trade Applicable Laws), coordinate with the other in preparing and exchanging such information and promptly provide the other (and its counsel) with copies of all filings, presentations or submissions (and a summary of any oral presentations) made by such party with any Governmental Entity in connection with this Agreement or the Transactions; provided that, with respect to any such filing, presentation or submission, no Party need supply the other (or its counsel) with copies (or, in case of oral presentations, a summary) to the extent that Applicable Laws require such Party to restrict or prohibit access to any such properties or information.
