Expansion Phase. The Expansion Phase covers the post-project period only. The main purpose of this phase is a) the consolidation, and b) the expansion of the client base and the introduction of the product to new markets. These new markets may be outside the current reach and scope of the project partners and therefore the Expansion Phase is not necessarily limited and may possibly run for several years. In particular, the following actions need to be put into practice:
Expansion Phase. The Concessionaire shall promptly commence and complete the works, including installation of equipment in accordance with the conditions of Expansion Phase and shall also obtain from the Independent Engineer a certificate as to completion of construction of Project Facilities and Services in accordance with provisions of this Agreement (“Completion Certificate”) not later than 24 months from the date of commencement of Expansion Phase of the terminal. Without prejudice to the generality of Article 6.3 and in addition to any of its other obligations under this Agreement, during the Expansion Phase, the Concessionaire shall: arrange for, in a timely manner all necessary financial and other resources required for construction and installation of the Project Facilities and Services. engage professionally competent Persons for project management and construction and ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with the Construction Standards; give written notice to the Concessioning Authority within 7 (seven) Days of any material modification to any of the Financing Documents and/or any Equity Documents and shall simultaneously therewith also furnish copies of such modified documents to the Concessioning Authority. Provided no such modification will be made if it in any manner whatsoever has the effect of imposing an additional financial obligation or increasing the financial obligation of the Concessioning Authority in addition to that contemplated under the Financing Documents provided on Financial Close, without the prior written consent of the Concessioning Authority. Provided that non- inspection by the Concessioning Authority of any works shall not, in relation to such works,
Expansion Phase. The Expansion Phase concerns the phase after the closure of the project. The scope is to consolidate, expand and extend the introduction of the results in sectors different that the aviation one. Being those sectors possibly outside the aeronautic field but also outside the current scope of the project, this phase could run far beyond the end of the OSCAR project. Possible actions to implement are: • to develop follow-up project proposals • to define dissemination actions outside the aviation sector • to define long-term marketing and dissemination measures • to extend the geographical availability of the OSCAR outcomes
Expansion Phase. Participate in code Expansion presented in Fig. 2 to ex- next phase. Otherwise set m∗α to some predefined value m†α ∈ {0, 1} f , set and all honest parties in Pe'x hold mα∗ . If Pe'x is generated successfully then pro- pand Pc'h to contain 2t' + 1 parties, denoted by Pe'x such that Pc'h ⊂ Pe'x ⊆ P' ceed to the next phase. Otherwise output a triplet (Pm, Pl, Pk), set n' = n' − 3,
Expansion Phase. In Expansion Phase, we require that every honest party Pj in ′ should hold a distinct secret random hash key and hash value of the message corresponding to every party Pi in , such that the hash key and hash value that Pj has received from Pi should not be known to anybody other than Pi and Pj. Though achieving this in synchronous network is easy, it needs some amount of effort in asynchronous network. We do this by using AVSS-Share and AVSS-Rec. The code that implements this phase is now given in Fig. 1. Before proving the properties of Checking Phase, we define the following:
