Extended Hours Clause Samples
The Extended Hours clause defines the conditions under which services or operations may be conducted outside of standard business hours. Typically, this clause specifies the days and times considered as extended hours, such as evenings, weekends, or holidays, and may outline any additional fees, notice requirements, or staffing arrangements that apply during these periods. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for both parties while ensuring that expectations and costs related to non-standard working times are clearly addressed and agreed upon.
