Extended Support Services a. Described below are the support services the district will provide for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines. These services can be provided as long as funding is available (FFFS, etc.): Youth and adults that are certified 200% TANF eligible and participating in Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act programs may be considered for the full array of supportive services as mentioned above. Services will be reviewed on a case by case basis with respect to need for activity participation, and/or with the intent to allocate payments when another agency providing an activity is unable to do so.

Extended Support Services. ‌ a. Described below are the support services the district will provide for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines. These services can be provided as long as funding is available (FFFS, etc.): Car repairs Auto Insurance Auto Registration Tires Uniforms/work clothing Case Management/Post Employment Services Other emergency support services deemed necessary to assist in job retention and prevent an individual from returning to assistance on a case by case basis. The district maximum for the above mentioned services is not to exceed $1200.00

Extended Support Services. ‌ As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: HRA Career Services providers may refer individuals in appropriate cases to New York City’s Small Business Services’ Workforce1 Career Centers, which provide employment and training services to customers seeking employment or to upgrade their skills. Reference is made to the district’s Flexible Fund for Family Services (FFFS) plan for a variety of services designed to promote self-sufficiency and to help participants obtain and retain employment or to upgrade their skills, or to avoid Temporary Assistance entirely. Subject to program requirements and funding, these services are available to families on Temporary Assistance or families eligible for services under the poverty eligibility guidelines established by the State or otherwise eligible. Reference is also made to the list in Section 4.1(d) of services and activities in which the district may engage in order to assist individuals and families at risk of needing on-going Temporary Assistance and to enable individuals and families on Temporary Assistance to achieve a successful transition from welfare to work and to retain employment.

Extended Support Services. In addition to the foregoing, the Client may purchase extended support, at Otter Video’s standard rates, pursuant to a separate Order Form. The details of Extended Support Services will be as set out in such Order Form and, unless otherwise set out in the applicable Order Form: (a) will be on a recurring monthly retainer, cancellable by either party on no less than one month’s written notice; (b) will be billed at Otter Video’s hourly rates applicable to the type of Extended Support Services being offered; and (c) may include one-on-one training services and other extended support services.

Extended Support Services. 9.1 On top of this Standard Limited Warranty GVR offers extended support services to provide service on GVR Products with guaranteed service levels. Extended support services are defined in service packs, which can be purchased together with GVR products.
