Extension of Restrictions. If the Executive violates the provisions of Section 4.1, the twenty-four (24) month period referred to in Section 4.1 shall recommence and the Executive shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in Section 4.1 until a period of twenty-four (24) months has expired without any violation of such provisions.
Extension of Restrictions. The period of all restrictions under this Agreement will automatically be extended by a period equal in length to any period in which Executive violates his obligations under this Agreement.
Extension of Restrictions. In the event of a violation of the covenants contained herein and a proceeding instituted by the Company to prevent and enjoin such violation, then the period of time during which the Executive’s business activities shall be restricted, as provided in this Agreement, shall be lengthened by a time period equal to the period between the date of the breach of the terms or covenants contained in this Agreement and the date on which the decision disposing of the issues upon the merits shall become final or not subject to further appeal.
Extension of Restrictions. If Executive breaches Section 11.1 in any respect, the duration of the restrictions therein contained will be extended for a period equal to the period that Executive was in breach of such restrictions.

If the Executive violates the provisions of Section 4.1(a) or Section 4.1(b), the twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) month period referred to in Section 4.1(a) or Section 4.1(b), as applicable, shall recommence and the Executive shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in Section 4.1 until a period of twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) months, as applicable, has expired without any violation of such provisions. Further, the twelve (12) month period set forth in Section 4.1(a) may be extended to a period of twenty-four (24) months following the cessation of the Executive’s employment if the Executive has breached any fiduciary duty to the Company or the Executive has unlawfully taken, physically or electronically, property belonging to the Company.

If Executive violates the provisions of Section A, the twelve (12) month period referred to in this Section A shall recommence and the Executive shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in Section A until a period of twelve (12) months has expired without any violation of such provisions.
Extension of Restrictions. (1) A related entity of a Participant and a director, officer, partner or employee of the Participant or a related entity of the Participant shall:
(a) comply with the provisions of these Rules and any Policies with respect to just and equitable principles of trade, manipulative and deceptive method of trading, short sales and frontrunning as if references to “Participant” in Rules 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 4.1 included reference to such person; and
Extension of Restrictions. Each Seller agrees that, in the event that a Seller violates Sections 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3, the period of the restriction violated by such Seller shall be extended by the period of time of such Seller’s violation thereof.
Extension of Restrictions. If Executive is found to have violated any of the provisions of Section 7, Executive agrees that the Restricted Period set forth therein shall be extended by a period of time equal to the period of such violation by Executive. It is the intent of this paragraph that the running of the applicable Restricted Period shall be tolled during any period of violation of Section 7 so that the Company may obtain the full and reasonable protection for which it contracted and so that Executive may not profit by any breach of such provisions. 8.

If Executive violates any of the provisions of this Section 5, the duration of the provisions shall automatically be extended, and Executive shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in Section 5 until a period of twelve (12) months has expired without any violation of such provisions.
