Common use of Extra Degree Allowance Clause in Contracts

Extra Degree Allowance. This allowance shall be paid for a post-graduate degree from an accredited University, not already used for placement on the salary grid and only if the degree was not already used to obtain a higher certification rating as per the Qualifications Evaluation Council of Ontario (Programme 5).
