Extra Work Assignments Sample Clauses

The Extra Work Assignments clause defines the process and conditions under which additional tasks or services, not originally included in the contract, may be assigned to a party. Typically, this clause outlines how such assignments are identified, the approval process required (such as written authorization), and how compensation or adjustments to timelines will be handled for the extra work. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for managing changes in project scope, ensuring that both parties understand their rights and obligations when unforeseen or additional work becomes necessary.
