Extracurricular Work Sample Clauses

The 'Extracurricular Work' clause defines the rules and limitations regarding an individual's engagement in activities outside their primary employment or contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines whether employees or contractors are permitted to take on additional jobs, freelance projects, or volunteer work, and may require prior approval from the employer or specify that such activities must not conflict with the main job responsibilities. Its core function is to prevent conflicts of interest, ensure that outside commitments do not interfere with performance, and protect the employer’s business interests.
