Fact Finder Sample Clauses

A Fact Finder clause designates a neutral third party or process to investigate and determine factual disputes that arise under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the method for selecting the fact finder, the scope of their authority, and the procedures they must follow, such as reviewing evidence or conducting hearings. By providing a structured mechanism for resolving factual disagreements, the clause helps prevent prolonged disputes and ensures that decisions are based on objective findings rather than conflicting interpretations.
