All members of faculty shall be appointed on the basis of their high academic qualifications and of their commitment to the purposes and objectives of the University, with due regard to the need for appropriate representation in terms of geography, social systems, cultural traditions, age and sex. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall appoint administrative and other personnel on terms and conditions determined by the Council for such appointments and in accordance with the present Charter. Due regard shall be paid in their appointment to the purposes and objectives of the University. 4. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may at his or her discretion appoint temporary faculty members and staff on an ad hoc basis in accordance with the present Charter.

UNCG will employ, compensate to the extent it sees fit, and provide a College Liaison at its own cost. During the 2011-2012 academic year, the Liaison will also teach the PE/Health classes at the School.

Faculty for lectures, clinical and skills will be arranged by the College-EMS ▇▇▇▇▇▇ High School Campus Coordinator. D. CFBISD shall work with the College in securing any substitute instructors, as necessary, to provide educational services under this Agreement. CFBISD shall be responsible for compensating any substitute instructor that it provides for the educational services under this Agreement.

Faculty and Staff. Sanctions for violations of this policy for faculty will be in accordance with the Faculty Handbook. Sanctions for violations of this policy for staff will be in accordance with the Staff Employment Policies and Procedures. Any disciplinary action against a faculty member or a staff employee under this policy should take into account the scale of the offense, the individual’s intent, and the degree of wrongdoing.
Faculty and Staff. Employee agrees to comply with the School's written policies and procedures, which will be made available to each Employee by the School administration. Employee also agrees to utilize only the curriculum approved by the School's Board of Directors, which may change from time to time. The curriculum chosen by the School's Board of Directors shall be communicated to the Employee.
Faculty and Staff. 1. Provide adequate and relevant information on the faculty and key program personnel. 2. Describe staffing plans including anticipated use of in-person, regular faculty; in-person, adjunct faculty; and expected use of interactive technologies and other distance delivery techniques. 3. Indicate any opportunities for AACC faculty to teach upper-division or graduate offerings on an adjunct basis including a description of selection criteria. 4. Include the last three years of on-campus student enrollment trends for this program and recent off-campus student enrollment trends if applicable.
Faculty and Staff. All faculty and staff involved in teaching dual credit courses in Everman Early College High School must meet the academic requirements of TCC for faculty and must meet applicable SACS requirements as well. Instructors provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ISD to teach dual credit courses must be credentialed and approved in advance by TCC. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ISD will provide all of the instructors for the solely high school credit courses conducted at Everman Early College High School and will pay the salaries of those instructors. TCC employees and TCC adjuncts will be paid by TCC for teaching a dual credit course at Everman Early College High School, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.
