Failure to Resolve Dispute Clause Samples

The 'Failure to Resolve Dispute' clause defines the procedures and consequences that apply when parties are unable to settle a disagreement through initial negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods. Typically, this clause outlines the next steps, such as escalation to arbitration or litigation, and may set timeframes or designate specific forums for resolving the dispute. Its core function is to ensure that unresolved conflicts have a clear, predetermined path toward resolution, thereby minimizing uncertainty and potential delays in addressing disputes.
