Fees framework Sample Clauses

The Fees Framework clause establishes the structure and rules for determining, calculating, and invoicing fees under an agreement. It typically outlines the types of fees involved, such as fixed, variable, or performance-based charges, and may specify payment schedules, methods, and any conditions for adjustments. By clearly defining how and when fees are assessed and paid, this clause ensures transparency and helps prevent disputes over financial obligations between the parties.
