Common use of Final Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Final Construction Documents. The Final Construction Drawings to be hereafter prepared by the Design-Builder and its Sub-consultants that are approved by the District in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents; provided, however, that, with the exception of Approved Deviations, the Contract Documents shall not include any portion of the Design-Build Proposal that deviates from the Project Criteria.
