Final Scoring. The SFPUC will tabulate the evaluation scores for the technical written proposal and DEI submittal, including any applicable CMD rating bonuses, and then rank Proposers, starting with the Proposer receiving the highest total score, then continuing with the Proposer receiving the second-highest total score, and so on.
