Fire Service Sample Clauses

The Fire Service clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to fire protection and emergency response within a property or facility. Typically, it outlines requirements for maintaining fire safety equipment, ensuring access for fire services, and complying with local fire codes and regulations. For example, it may specify who is responsible for installing and maintaining fire alarms, extinguishers, or sprinkler systems, and how emergency access routes must be kept clear. The core function of this clause is to ensure the safety of occupants and property by clearly assigning duties and standards for fire prevention and response, thereby reducing risk and liability in the event of a fire.
