Fixed Rate Pricing Clause Samples

The Fixed Rate Pricing clause establishes that the price for goods or services will remain constant throughout the duration of the contract, regardless of changes in market conditions or costs incurred by the supplier. Typically, this means that the buyer pays a predetermined amount for the agreed scope of work, and the supplier cannot increase the price due to unforeseen expenses or inflation. This clause provides cost certainty for the buyer and simplifies budgeting, while also allocating the risk of cost overruns to the supplier.
