Flexible Work Hours. Upon written request, a ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ employee may be permitted a flexible work schedule (i.e., flextime, 4/10/40 or 9/8/80) as mutually agreed upon by the employee and the Department Head or designee as described in Section 7.6. A. Requests for flexible work schedules shall not be unreasonably denied. B. Any denial of a flexible work schedule request made under 7.1(A) shall be provided in writing, with justification, within thirty (30) calendar days of the request.
