Common use of Flexible Working Hours/Week Clause in Contracts

Flexible Working Hours/Week. (a) During the life of this Agreement flexible working hours may be introduced in part or in whole provided that: (i) The normal daily working hours for all employees except regular shift and part-time, fall between the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (ii) They be consecutive and do not exceed the number of daily working hours provided for in this Agreement. (iii) They be mutually agreed upon between the employees and the Employer. (b) The Employer will provide the Union with a copy of the agreement with the employee.
