Hours of Work During Sample Clauses

The "Hours of Work During" clause defines the specific periods when an employee is expected to perform their job duties. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end times of the workday, the total number of hours to be worked each day or week, and may address variations for different shifts or special circumstances. By clearly establishing when work is to be performed, this clause helps ensure both employer and employee have a mutual understanding of work schedules, reducing the risk of disputes over working hours and supporting compliance with labor regulations.
