Regular Day Clause Samples

The 'Regular Day' clause defines what constitutes a standard working day within the context of an agreement or policy. It typically specifies the days of the week and the hours during which normal business operations or employee duties are expected to occur, such as Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This clause ensures clarity for both parties regarding scheduling, attendance, and the calculation of work hours, thereby helping to prevent misunderstandings about when work is to be performed or services are to be provided.
