Flow Rates Clause Samples

Flow Rates. The Transporter will, at the time the Confirmed Nomination is issued to the Shipper, determine the flow rates (in GJ/Day) required to flow from each Receipt Point to each Delivery Point to meet the Shipper’s Confirmed Nomination (‘Daily Shipper Schedule’).
Flow Rates. The parties acknowledge that the daily use of TMWRF Supply may fluctuate in accordance with the season and needs of TRIGID, and it is agreed that TMWRF will provide on a daily basis the amount of TMWRF Supply necessary to satisfy the TRIGID uses, insofar as those uses fall within the parameters of this Agreement and are consistent with the management of return flow as required by the Return Flow Management Agreement.
Flow Rates. Since groundwater is a hidden resource, without appropriate data it’s not apparent if there is a reliable groundwater supply of water. “Pump tests” have been used for decades at development sites to evaluate the potential for groundwater production. In addition to determining the optimum pumping rate for the well, aquifer tests provide valuable information on the aquifer including potential for well interference problems, aquifer limitations, connections between water bearing units, and impacts on surface water bodies.
Flow Rates. Changes to the Wastewater flow rates for each four (4) year window identified in Schedule “F” will be subject to review and revision as mutually agreed upon by the Parties in the third year of the prior window. Such changes will be part of the mutual planning exercises, as set out in Section 6.2. City Administration’s recommendation to City Council for such changes to Wastewater volumes and flow rates will be: (a) subject to the following conditions: (i) Volumes and flow rates, as set out in Schedule “F”, will be capable of being accommodated and accepted at the Wastewater Discharge Point(s). (ii) Maximum Instantaneous Flow rates include wet weather peak flows such as inflow and infiltration. (b) Subject to the Customer first providing updated population estimates for each of the years within the subject four (4) year window; (c) Set in accordance with The City’s Water Resources’ long range infrastructure planning criteria incorporating the Customer’s updated population estimates, development planning and conservation efforts; (d) Presented for review by the Customer not later than six (6) months prior to the expiration of the then current four (4) year window, or within sixty (60) days of the Customer providing its updated population estimates as required above, whichever is later; and (e) Reflected within Schedule “F”, which will be amended as required, upon mutual agreement of the Parties.
Flow Rates. The following estimated increased flow rates are based on the flow rates CRW currently is able to provide pursuant to its water system hydraulic model, including any limitations, and shall be deemed to be sufficient for the purposes of this Agreement: • Estimated Average Daily Demand (ADD) gallons per minute = 40 • Estimated Maximum Daily Demand (MDD) gallons per minute = 110 • Fire Flow Requirement = 1,500 gpm @ 20 psi
