Food Service Managers. (a) An employee who is subject to layoff and cannot be assigned to a position as provided in Section (b) below may be assigned temporarily to any other vacancy in a department in the bargaining unit for which he/she is qualified. (b) At least three (3) days before being laid off or force transferred an appointed employee shall be informed of all vacancies in any other work locations in his/her classification in the department in which he/she holds an appointment, for the purpose of giving him/her an opportunity, to be exercised within said three (3) days, to fill such vacancy. If he/she requests appointment to such vacancy, he/she shall be assigned thereto. In the event that vacancies in such classification exists in several work locations, he/she shall be assigned to the vacancy designated by him/her. In the event more than one (1) appointed employee in such classification is laid off or involuntarily transferred and there are insufficient vacancies for such assignments, then the laid off employees with the highest system seniority shall first be assigned to the vacancies involved.

Food Service Managers. The Director of Food Service shall have the discretion to select Food Service Managers without regard to the above rules; provided, however, that all inside candidates will be interviewed, and further provided that Elementary Food Service Managers may voluntarily laterally transfer between Elementary Buildings, and Middle School Food Service Managers, MVCTC Food Service Manager and High School Food Service Managers may voluntarily laterally transfer between the Middle School and the High School under paragraph (A) above.

The University will provide the United States with proof of completion of the course within ten (10) business days of training. (iii) Within sixty (60) business days of the effective date of this Agreement, and at least annually thereafter, the University will ensure that the Food Service Provider’s regional nutritionist will, as it has done in the past, visit the University to discuss the nutritional needs of students with food allergies and to reevaluate the Food Service Provider’s policies and procedures. In addition, the University will ensure that the Food Service Managers receive annual training concerning the nutritional needs of students with food allergies.

  • Alliance Managers Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party will designate an alliance manager to be reasonably available to the other Party to facilitate communication, respond to questions and otherwise oversee that the Parties’ activities hereunder are in line with this Agreement. Such alliance managers will regularly interact with each other on a frequency to be mutually agreed by the Parties and on an ad hoc basis if requested by the Joint Project Team or the Project Leaders. A Party may replace its alliance manager at any time by written notice to the other Party.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.
