For Unbundled Loop Sample Clauses

The 'For Unbundled Loop' clause defines the terms and conditions under which a telecommunications provider grants another carrier access to individual network loops on an unbundled basis. This clause typically outlines the technical, operational, and pricing requirements for leasing these loops, which are the physical connections between a customer's premises and the provider's central office. By specifying these details, the clause facilitates competition by allowing multiple carriers to use the same infrastructure, thereby promoting consumer choice and preventing monopolistic control over essential network elements.
