Forecasts and Projections. All of the forecasts and projections delivered by the Company or the Seller to the Purchaser or any of its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby were made on a reasonable basis and in good faith; provided, however, none of the Company or the Seller represents that any forecasted or projected results will be achieved.
