Frequency and Duration. There shall be an open enrollment period for medical coverage in each year of this Agreement, and for dental coverage in the first year of this Agreement. If dental coverage is added to the UPlan for 2003, there will also be an open enrollment for dental in the second year of the contract. Open enrollment periods shall last a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days. Open enrollment changes become effective the first day of the following insurance contract year.
