Frequency of Reporting Clause Samples

The "Frequency of Reporting" clause defines how often one party must provide reports or updates to another party under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies intervals such as monthly, quarterly, or annually, and may outline the type of information to be included in each report, such as financial data, project progress, or compliance status. By establishing a clear reporting schedule, this clause ensures regular communication, enables ongoing oversight, and helps both parties monitor performance and address issues promptly.
