Frequency of sessions Clause Samples

The "Frequency of sessions" clause defines how often scheduled meetings, appointments, or service sessions will occur between the parties. Typically, this clause specifies a set interval—such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly—at which the sessions are to take place, and may also outline procedures for rescheduling or adjusting the frequency if needed. Its core practical function is to establish clear expectations and consistency regarding the timing of sessions, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aligned on their commitments.
Frequency of sessions. The Legal and Technical Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") shall meet as often as required for the efficient exercise of its functions, taking into account the requirement of cost-effectiveness.
Frequency of sessions. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, once a week. It is sometimes in the client’s best interest to meet more frequently. This is decided on a case by case basis with the client’s collaboration. If there is a need and I am available to extend a session to 75 minutes that will be decided in collaboration with the client(s) and the fee will be adjusted accordingly. Occasional phone sessions are an option at the same rate.

Frequency of sessions. It is expected that tutors provide no more than two hours of tutoring per student per course each week. Any additional weekly tutoring hours require both a consultation with the professor and approval of the Advising, Internships & Career Center. • The tutoring sessions may be done in increments that work best for the tutor and tutee – they may be held as 1 two-hour session or broken up into multiple sessions, as long as the total time per week does not exceed two hours. • Tutors are not available to tutor during finals week.
Frequency of sessions. Sessions typically occur once a week at a mutually agreed time, and each session lasts for 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions may be adjusted based on your needs and progress.
Frequency of sessions. The optimal frequency of therapy sessions depends on the person and the problem. Usually, it is best to meet once weekly if circumstances permit. Sometimes, it is best to have more time between sessions. In some cases, online sessions work best. In other cases, in-person meetings in the office are most desirable. This is to be discussed in the initial meeting.
Frequency of sessions. Based on a client’s treatment plan, recommended frequency of sessions may vary based on presentation and severity of symptoms. Typically, clients attend appointments once per week. Clients with more severe symptoms may be seen on a more frequent basis, while clients who have gained skills and symptom reduction may have biweekly or monthly appointments.
