GATE ACCESS. Visitors are NOT to be provided the gate access code. Tenant shall come up to the front gate personally to allow access. Any indication of gate access code being shared with visitors will result in a violation fee. Code: ____________________ VISITORS: All visitors should register in the campground office upon arrival. Any visitor visiting for over 4 hours must pay for a Visitor pass. Visitor passes are $10.00 per person. Tenants are responsible for the actions of their guest and ensuring that visitor follow the same guidelines imposed on tenants. Maximum of 3 days are allowed for any visitors. BOAT: Boats are not allowed to be parked on your site. Boats must be parked in the boat storage area for a fee.

GATE ACCESS. Do not follow someone else through the gate without first using your own access code. The gate may close on you, and you may not be able to exit since you entered using someone else's code.

GATE ACCESS. The entrance gate will be locked from 11PM to 6AM. Special arrangements need to be made in advance with management. After-hour call out fee of $75.00 per call will be charged if management is required to open entrance gate after 11PM, for a non-emergency.

GATE ACCESS. In order to gain access to Fort ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, KY non-Federal Government and non-DoD issue Identification (ID) cardholders require identity proofing and vetting to determine fitness and eligibility for access. Specifically, a check of records through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Interstate Identification Index (III) is the Army's minimum background check for the entrance onto Army installations for non-Common Access Card (CAC) holders, to include entrance of visitors. Fort ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ applies the following non-Federal Government cardholder criteria to determine the authorized type of access control credentials: COH RAPIDGate or 1-Day Pass Sub-Contractors RAPIDGate or 1-Day Pass Vendors RAPIDGate or 1-Day Pass Suppliers RAPIDGate or 1-Day Pass Service Providers RAPIDGate or 1-Day Pass Visitors (Case-by-Case Basis): 1-Day Pass Privatized Business Partners: Air Assault Card (The following are Privatized Business Partners: IHG, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Crossing, and University/College faculty, Fort ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Credit Union, Bank of America and Home Health Care)

GATE ACCESS. The entrance and exit of the vehicle gates will have a card reader and intercom or phone on each side a passenger truck or car driver can reach from the driver’s window. A card swiped across the reader will allow authorized personnel to drive into or out of the Plant. Visitors will use the intercom or phone and the Control Room Operator will open the gate. Two safety loops in the ground will provide vehicle collision protection. An Anchorage Fire Department Model 3200 Lock Box, will be installed at a maximum height of 5’on the outside of the main gate, on the outside entry door adjacent to the Control Room, and on the main entrance to Building SB (Optional) to allow emergency personnel access. The gate operator shall have manual override capability. The vehicle gate controller and intercom or phone master station shall be located in the PCR. An access control system will monitor gate status and provide gate open commands. The access control system will allow remote monitoring and operation of the gate. An 8’ wide swing gate with padlock type locking hardware will be on the perimeter fence for ingress and egress into the natural gas metering station. The locking hardware will be designed to make it difficult to cut the padlock. A sign on the swing gate will provide notice to call the PCR before entering. All gates will have 3 strands of barbed wire or razor wire on top.

GATE ACCESS. An automatic gate between the Leased Premises and the Air Operations Area (AOA) shall be installed as part of the Project. Tenant shall be entitled to possess a device or code that will provide Tenant with control over the gate and full access to the AOA, to the extent permissible under any applicable FAA regulations and local, state, and federal laws, subject to Tenant remaining current on all due fees, taxes, and assessments associated with the property. All costs associated with gate installation and associated access shall be included in the scope of work to be paid for with Advanced Funds.
