Generic Materials. Generic Materials that do not contain mention of the Company, its products, trade names or Compensation Plan may be used only in the instance that they do not make statements that directly allude to the Company and/or its products. Generic materials can be classified as those that can be used by any other Company in our industry. You should not create “generic” materials designed for use in connection with the sale of product or the opportunity. Distributors may use only Company-approved educational or promotional material. Educational material is defined as published scientific and previewed articles or papers. The Company will select papers that meet the approved requirements and make them available for Distributors via the Distributor library. Distributors must not write educational materials. Educational materials may be used in the United States as follows: Mention of educational materials in public sales meetings is strictly prohibited unless the American Nutraceutical Association or equivalent has certified the presenting Distributor. The papers may NOT be discussed, but only mentioned if the specific disease condition is asked about or commented on during meeting. The above-described papers may only be used in the following ways: • Must be used in their entirety and not excerpted. • Must not have any information (such as company promotional materials) attached by sticker or any other method. • If displayed, must be physically separate from the products. At opportunity meetings, the host may allow attendees to make public statements concerning improved health they have personally been witness to after use of Company products. During the testimonial segment of the meeting, the proper disclaimers must be displayed. The disclaimers must be spoken or displayed (see text below) Sales Tools are materials produced by the Company showing its copyright or trademark designation, such as Company and product brochures, artwork and text contained in the material produced by the Company as Sales Tools. These Sales Tools are available to Distributors for their use in promoting their independent businesses. Independent Sales Tools are items produced by Distributors in accordance and their use are strictly prohibited. Only company products materials found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ can be used.
