GRADE TWO Clause Samples

The "GRADE TWO" clause typically defines a specific standard, quality, or classification within a contract, often relating to goods, services, or performance levels. In practice, this clause might specify that materials, workmanship, or deliverables must meet a "Grade Two" standard, which could refer to a recognized industry benchmark or an internal grading system. For example, in a construction contract, it may require that certain components be of "Grade Two" quality, indicating a mid-level or specified grade of durability or finish. The core function of this clause is to set clear expectations regarding the quality or classification required, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over what is acceptable under the agreement.
