GRADE TWO. Is an adult who is employed on the clearance of vegetation in the vicinity of over head power lines. Grade 2 workers will have received appropriate training and hold certificates and qualifications as specified by the Chief Electrical Inspectors office which are listed below: • Medium rigid drivers licence • Chainsaw operation • OH&S class WP accreditation • Wood chipper operation • Worksite traffic management • Manual handling • Noise conservation • Tree pruning/felling • Ropes and tackle • First Aid Certificate Is an employee with experience at clearance of vegetation of overhead power lines with the equivalent qualifications and is appointed to perform any of the following roles on an ongoing basis.
