GRANT AWARD PROCESS. The Grant award process shall be compliant with provisions of the IPA Implementing Regulation (e.g. Articles 95, 96, 140, 145, etc.) Where appropriate, PRAG procedures and standard templates and models should be followed – adapted as appropriate – unless the provisions of the IPA Implementing Regulation and/or the joint nature of calls for proposals require otherwise. a) Preparation of the Application Package - The JTS, under the supervision of the JMC, drafts the single Call for proposals, the Guidelines for applicants and the Application form and other documents related to the implementation of the grant schemes, explaining the rules regarding eligibility of applicants and partners, the types of actions and costs, which are eligible for financing and the evaluation criteria following as close as possible the formats foreseen in the PRAG. - The Application Form should cover both parts of the operation, but with clear separation of the activities and costs on each side of the border. The elements contained in the Application Pack (eligibility and evaluation criteria, etc.) must be fully consistent with the relevant Financing Agreement. - Once approved by the JMC, the respective Operating Structures submit the Call for proposals, the Guidelines for applicants and its annexes to the Contracting Authorities for approval. b) Publication of the single Call for Proposals - When launching the Call for Proposals, the Operating Structures, with the assistance of the JTS, take all appropriate measures to ensure that call for proposals reaches the target groups in line with the requirements of the Practical Guide. The Application pack is made available on the programme website and the websites of the Contracting Authorities and in paper copy. - The JTS is responsible for information campaign and answering questions of potential applicants. JTS provides advice to potential project applicants in understanding and formulating correct application forms. - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) should be available on both the Programme and the Contracting Authorities' websites c) Selection of the operations As provided by the IPA Implementing Regulation, the submitted project proposals will undergo a joint selection process. GRANT AWARD PROCESS. 12.1. The grant award will be comprised of the following: 12.1.1. ORIGINAL AWARD AGREEMENT signed by the county judge and the secretary of state, which is on file with the Secretary of State. 12.1.2. The resolution described in Section 13 of this agreement, which is on file with the Secretary of State. 12.1.3. Satisfactory completion of the forms described in Section 14 of this agreement. 12.1.4. AMENDMENT 1 signed by the county judge and the secretary of state, which is on file with the Secretary of State. 12.1.5. Any electronic transactions executed through the Texas HAVA Online Grant System, including grant adjustments, grant amendments, and supplemental awards.
GRANT AWARD PROCESS. 9.1. The COUNTY judge, as authorized official for the COUNTY, has the authority to submit a budget via the Texas HAVA online grant system (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/). The COUNTY judge may designate the responsibility of completing the online forms at his or her discretion. 9.1.1. The COUNTY judge will use the same user ID and password that was used for previous HAVA funding requests (e.g., voting system acquisition funding). GRANT AWARD PROCESS. 1.1 The IP shall be fully accountable for the completion of all grant making activities in accordance with its financial regulations, rules and policies, to the extent that they are consistent with UNDP’s grant policies and Financial Regulations and Rules. If they are not consistent, UNDP's grant policies and Financial Regulations and Rules must be followed. 1.2 The IP shall conduct an assessment of grant recipient proposal(s) against set selection criteria established in the Project Document or in the call for proposals, and shall submit eligible grant proposal(s) to the Project Board or designated grant selection committee for consideration and final selection. 1.3 The IP shall ensure that: a. the grant award process is organized in a fully transparent manner that guarantees impartiality and equal treatment to all applicants; b. all stages of the grant award process are formally documented through standardized checklists and forms; c. grants are awarded in accordance with formal rules of procedure, including adequate due diligence policies and processes; d. the evaluation process is based solely on the established criteria for eligibility, selection and exclusion as indicated in the call for proposals; e. the grant recipient is duly organized and in good standing in its state/country of organization, as well as the eligibility of activities to be carried out with the grant award; f. all applicants are notified in writing of the grant award outcome; g. the grant award decision is made public within a reasonable timeframe following its issuance; ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ funds are channelled transparently and effectively to grant recipients; i. no grant is awarded retroactively for activities already started or completed at the time of the application; and j. procedures are in place (and set forth in any agreements the IP enters into with grant recipients pursuant to this Agreement) to: i. recover grant funds ▇▇▇▇▇▇ paid, and/or to prevent and address irregularities and fraud by the grant recipient; and ii. suspend, reduce or terminate the grant if the grant recipient fails to comply with its obligations. 1.4 Funding provided by the IP to any individual grant recipient shall not exceed $150,000 per individual grant and $300,000 on a cumulative basis within the same programme period.

  • Performance Share Award If your Award includes a Performance Share Award, and you voluntarily terminate your employment prior to the end of the Performance Period, you will forfeit your entire Performance Share Award. 

  • Performance Share Awards On the Performance Share Vesting Date next following the Executive's date of death, the number of Performance Shares that shall become Vested Performance Shares shall be determined by multiplying (a) that number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to the Performance Share Agreement that would have become Vested Performance Shares had no such termination occurred; provided, however, in no case shall the number of Performance Shares that become Vested Performance Shares exceed 100% of the Target Number of Performance Shares set forth in the Performance Share Agreement, by (b) the ratio of the number of full months of the Executive's employment with the Company during the Performance Period (as defined in the Performance Share Agreement) to the number of full months contained in the Performance Period. Vested Common Shares shall be issued in settlement of such Vested Performance Shares on the Settlement Date next following the Executive’s date of death.

  • Performance Shares Each Performance Share is a bookkeeping entry that records the equivalent of one Share. Upon the vesting of the Performance Shares as provided in Section 2, the vested Performance Shares will be settled as provided in Section 3.

  • Vesting of Award Subject to Section 2(b) below and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, this Award shall become vested in three equal annual installments on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date hereof. Unless otherwise provided by the Company, all dividends and other amounts receivable in connection with any adjustments to the Shares under Section 4(c) of the Plan shall be subject to the vesting schedule in this Section 2(a).
