GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 3. It is agreed that the above time limits may be extended by mutual agreement but if a grievance has not advanced to the next step within the specified or extended time limit, then the grievance shall be deemed to be abandoned, and all right of recourse to the grievance procedure shall be at an end.
