Grievance Procedure Definitions. A. A grievance shall be any claim by the Association or any employee that there has been a violation, misrepresentation, and misapplication of the terms of this Agreement as it relates to the employees’ rights to fair treatment under the Agreement. B. All time limits consist of school days. Except when a grievance is submitted fewer than ten (10) days before the close of the current school term, then time limits shall consist of all weekdays.
