Grievance Procedure Definitions. A. A grievance is a claim made by an employee or group of employees of an issue arising from the terms and conditions of employment or any violation, misrepresentation or inequitable application of the Agreement or law. B. The aggrieved party shall mean any person or group of persons in the negotiating unit filing a grievance. C. Party in interest shall mean any party named in grievance who is not the aggrieved party.
