Common use of Guild Notification Clause in Contracts

Guild Notification. Within fourteen (14) days or as soon as possible from the date of hire of a new employee, , but no later than thirty (30) days from the employee’s date of hire, the Employer shall forward to the Guild the name, address, telephone number and Social Security number of the new employee and provide an opportunity for the Guild to meet with new bargaining unit employees to discuss Guild membership. The Employer shall promptly notify the Guild of all employees leaving its employment.
