HEALTH DECLARATION. At the time of booking, it is recommended that students choose to disclose any mental or physical illness, allergy, disability or condition that may interfere with their ability to successfully complete their programme, that may impact the wellbeing of any other student or staff member, that may require monitoring, treatment or emergency intervention during the student’s period of enrolment, or that may require special accommodation. EC will not discriminate on the basis of any above-mentioned conditions and will provide reasonable accommodation to meet all students’ needs.   • Extended Health Care Plan ‌ The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.

  • Sanitation If the Project/Service does not involve interior work, CONTRACTOR shall be required to provide and maintain adequate sanitary conveniences for the use of persons employed for the Project/Service. These conveniences shall be maintained at all times without nuisance, and their use shall be strictly enforced. The location of these conveniences shall be subject to the COUNTY’s Project Manager’s approval. All such facilities shall be installed and maintained by CONTRACTOR in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • COVID-19 Vaccinations Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article II of the General Appropriations Act, none of the General Revenue Funds appropriated to the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) may be used for the purpose of promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations in the 2024-25 biennium. It is also the intent of the legislature that to the extent allowed by federal law, any federal funds allocated to DSHS shall be expended for activities other than promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is not ineligible, nor will it be ineligible during the term of this Contract, to receive appropriated funding pursuant to Article II.
