Help Requests. All help requests initiated by Potential Respondents must be directed to ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. GFOL will give You prompt notice of the help requests along with the nature of the service issues. You will designate a help resource to work with Greenfield Help to address the service issues raised by these help requests. You will work diligently to address all help requests, and GFOL reserves the right to stop delivering Potential Respondents to any and/or all of Your surveys until the issues which had given rise to the help requests have been resolved to GFOL's satisfaction.

CRI will designate a help resource to work with Greenfield Help to address the service issues raised by these help requests. CRI will work diligently to address all help requests and FieldSource reserves the right to stop delivering Potential Respondents to any and/or all of CRI's surveys, until the issues which had given rise to the help requests have been resolved to FieldSource's satisfaction.

Related to Help Requests

  • Service Requests In support of services outlined in this Agreement, the Service Provider will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the Customer within the following time frames:

  • Leave Requests All requests for leaves of absence must be in writing.

  • Requests Whenever practicable, employees shall submit written requests for sick leave, on forms furnished by the Appointing Authority, in advance of the period of absence. When advance notice is not possible, employees shall notify their supervisor by telephone or other means at the earliest opportunity. Supervisors shall respond promptly and shall answer all written requests in writing. Written requests for sick leave shall only state which category of leave specified in Section 3A and B is to be used. However, the supervisor may orally inquire into the specific reason for the request.

  • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his designee. Requests from the Board will be made in writing to the President of the Association. Requests for negotiation meetings shall be submitted between sixty (60) and one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the contract term.

  • Advance Requests Borrower may request that Lender make an Advance by delivering to Lender an Advance Request therefor and Lender shall be entitled to rely on all the information provided by Borrower to Lender on or with the Advance Request. The Lender may honor Advance Requests, instructions or repayments given by the Borrower (if an individual) or by any Authorized Person.
