Hours of Services. 1. CONTRACTOR will generally provide services totaling 56 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, including holidays.
2. CONTRACTOR shall provide services during the following hours of operations:
a. Monday through Friday between 11:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.;
b. Saturday and Sunday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;
c. CONTRACTOR staff is entitled to a 30 minute non-paid lunch.
3. CONTRACTOR shall notify COUNTY a minimum of five (5) days in advance, any time the Youth Specialist-Coach is scheduled to be out of the facility for more than two (2) consecutive shifts.
4. Requests to change hours of operations identified in Section D.2. above shall be submitted in writing and subject to approval by COUNTY Manager of Juvenile Hall Facility.

The FSP will not charge the College for any meals or expenses when students are not residing in student housing. • FSP is responsible for monitoring the GC website and local media outlets for unplanned campus closures at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇.

Pruning shall adhere to the following accepted practices: • Pruning tools used in making pruning cuts shall be sharp. • A pruning cut that removes a branch at its point of origin shall be made close to the trunk or parent limb, without cutting into the branch bark ridge or collar, or leaving a stub. • A pruning cut that reduces the length of a branch or parent stem should bisect the angle between its branch bark ridge and an imaginary line perpendicular to the branch or stem. • The final cut shall result in a flat surface with adjacent bark firmly attached. • When removing a dead branch, the final cut shall be made just outside the collar of living tissue. • Tree branches shall be removed in such a manner so as not to cause damage to other parts of the tree or to other plants or property. Branches too large to support with one hand shall be precut to avoid splitting of the wood or tearing of the bark (three cut method). Where necessary, ropes or other equipment shall be used to lower large branches or portions of branches to the ground. • A final cut that removes a branch with a narrow angle of attachment should be made from the outside of the branch to prevent damage to the parent limb. • Severed limbs shall be removed from the crown upon completion of the pruning, at times when the tree would be left unattended, or at the end of the workday. • A pruning cut that removes a branch at its point of origin shall be made close to the trunk or parent limb, without cutting into the branch bark ridge or collar, or leaving a stub. Hours of Services. Said services and utilities shall be provided during generally accepted business days and hours of such other days or hours as may hereafter be set forth. Utilities and services required at other times shall be subject to advance request and reimbursement by Lessee to Lessor of the cost thereof. See Paragraph 11.3 of the attached Addendum.
