Hours of Usage Clause Samples

The "Hours of Usage" clause defines the specific time periods during which a service, facility, or equipment may be used by the contracting party. Typically, this clause outlines daily or weekly schedules, such as business hours, after-hours access, or restrictions on usage during holidays. For example, it may state that a meeting room can only be used from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. The core function of this clause is to set clear boundaries on access, preventing disputes and ensuring that resources are used in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
