HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME a. Given the management nature of the Executive’s position, the Executive is required to work additional hours from time to time and is not eligible for overtime pay. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the compensation provided under this Agreement represents full compensation for all of the Executive’s working hours and services, including overtime. 8. PAID TIME OFF (PTO) a. The Executive will earn up to five (5) weeks (or twenty-five (25) business days) of paid time off (PTO) per annum. b. The Executive will take his PTO subject to business needs, and in accordance with the Employer’s PTO policy in effect from time to time. c. Annual PTO must be taken and may not be accrued, deferred or banked without the Employer’s written approval.
