HOURS OF WORK NEW: Before the Employer changes day workers into shift workers, or changes shift workers into day workers, the Employer, in advance, will consult with the Alliance on such hours of work, and in such consultation, will show that such hours are required to meet the needs of the public and/or efficient operations.
