HOURS OF WORK AND WAGES. 12.01 For the purpose of computing overtime premium pay, a regular work day shall consist of either eight (8) hours, ten (10) hours or twelve (12) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at the regular starting time of the employee’s shift. The employee’s work week will be an average of 40 hours per week beginning on Monday at the regular starting time of the shift to which the employee is assigned or may begin on Sunday for C shift. Employees will work a schedule totaling eighty-four (84) hours over the two (2) week period and will be paid eighty-four (84) hours at straight time plus premium time and time at 1½ times base rate for the four (4) hours scheduled in excess of eighty (80) in the two week period.
