HOURS OF WORK AND. The standard work week shall be and a hours, and the standard work day shall be seven and a half hours. The Company does not guarantee to provide work for any employee for normally assigned hours or for any other hours. The Company will pay for hours worked except where otherwise stated in the Agreement. The Company attempt to provide reasonable notice whenever possible, of a change to existing hours of work. Authorized work performed, in excess of the standard work day or the standard work week, shall be paid at the premium rate of time and one-half the employee's regular straight time rate of pay or, with the agreement of the Company, time may be taken off from regular work hours at a mutually agreed time. The normally assigned hours of work shall be seven and one half hours scheduled between and with one hour unpaid lunch break. Time and one-half the straight time rate shall be paidfor work performed on Saturday and double the straight time rate shall be paid for work performed on Sunday. An employee who is required to work a minimum of two hours' overtime continuous with his regular shift shall be paid a meal allowance. An additional meal allowance will be paid to such employee in the event he is required to work a minimum of seven hours' overtime continuous with his regular shift. The Company will schedule for each employee, a break period of ten minutes during the middle ofthe first half and a second break period of ten minutes during the middle of the second half of each regular shift. An employee called in to perform emergency work not continuous with his regular work period nor previously scheduled by the Company, shall be paid a minimum of four hours' pay at time and one-half his regular straight time rate. It is understoodthat, except in cases of emergency, overtime will be distributed as equally as is reasonable amongst those employees who are qualified and normally perform the work. The Company will approach such employees on a voluntary basis but, in the event that sufficient volunteers are not available, the Company shall detail the qualifiedjunior employees to perform the required overtime work. If no qualified employee is available, the supervisor perform the work. An employee who declines overtimewill be charged with the number ofhours of work that were offered to him for purposes of overtime distribution. The Company will keep track of and post a list of overtime hours worked on a quarterly basis.

HOURS OF WORK AND. Employees will receive the amount of scheduled hours up to forty (40)hours per week, per location based on seniority. Shift will be based upon in the case of open shifts Site will also be based upon of posted open shifts and general shift bids, but all employees will be subject to the standard rotation and site staffing requirements, as per management’s discretion. The standard work minimum hours of pay for any shift for which an employee is dispatched shall be four (4)hours providing the employee is not removed for just cause. This clause may be amended by mutual agreement. For the purpose of Article a day shall commence at the start of an employee’s and shall end (24) hours later. A week shall be commence at am. Monday and end at midnight on Sunday. An employee who works more than four (4) hours in a hours, and the standard work day shall be seven entitled to a thirty (30) minute paid meal period and two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks at mutually agreeable times during such day. An employee who works four (4) hours in a half hoursday shall be entitled to one (1) fifteen (15) minute coffee break during such day at a mutually agreeable time. Employees who work ten hour shifts shall be entitled to a total of hour and minutes paid meal period and coffee breaks on each ten (10) hour shift. In the event of a lay-off the provisions of Article will apply. An employee may exchange a shift with another employee provided that the Company is given at least (48) hours' notice in by both of the employees concerned and the screening agents involved are equally qualified. In the event that either or of the employees fail to work the exchanged shifts, both employees shall lose their exchange privileges for thirty (30) days. Article shall not apply to the hours an employee works in excess of the standard hours as the result of exchanging a with another employee. An employee who reports for work as scheduled is entitled to four (4) hours' pay if no work is available and he has not been advised in advance except in cases beyond the Company's control or when an employee has been absent on his immediately preceding scheduled work day.
